Ballet Pilates focuses on centering, core balance and improving flexibility & posture while sculpting, toning and strengthening your muscles. Ballet Pilates is a full body workout that fuses the techniques and the benefits of ballet conditioning with skeletal alignment, natural body weight, and the use of props. Blending together a standing workout coming from ballet barre work and core work based on mat pilates.

Piloxing ®

PILOXING is based on cutting edge research and techniques that burn maximum calories, build lean muscles and increase stamina. The programs are built on an interdisciplinary system of two extremes – Boxing and Pilates principles. The combination of the two disciplines as the primary exercise components create a sense of balance, both physically and mentally.

Bodiography

The Bodiography® Fitness and Strength Training System is a new full body workout that fuses the techniques and the benefits of ballet conditioning with skeletal alignment, natural body weight, and the use of props (mat, weights, ball, and bands.)

A cardio kickboxing class incorporating weight training to boost your metabolism and tone your body.

This workout is designed using your own body weight and sometimes some light weights to improve flexibility and build overall strength.

Step & Sculpt

A fast paced cardio workout involving a fitness steps and light weights to tone and sculpt the entire body.

Circuit Challenge

Rotate through different exercise stations to target and challenge all muscle groups. Improve mobility, strength and stamina.

 

 

 

 

Power Flex 45

This class is primarily a non-aerobic, muscle-toning class with additional focus on core strength. Participants use body bars, dumbbells, and resistance bands to perform traditional weight-training moves.


Spin

A high intensity cardio workout with interval blasts.
