Ballet Pilates focuses on centering, core balance and improving flexibility & posture while sculpting, toning and strengthening your muscles. Ballet Pilates is a full body workout that fuses the techniques and the benefits of ballet conditioning with skeletal alignment, natural body weight, and the use of props. Blending together a standing workout coming from ballet barre work and core work based on mat pilates.

Piloxing ®

PILOXING is based on cutting edge research and techniques that burn maximum calories, build lean muscles and increase stamina. The programs are built on an interdisciplinary system of two extremes – Boxing and Pilates principles. A primarily non-aerobic fitness class (30 or 45 minutes) focusing on toning muscle and learning proper workout techniques when using dumbells, body bars, resistance bands and your own body weight to perform traditional weight training moves.

Team Functional Training helps provide you with the strength, stability, and mobility you need to thrive in your life and sports. You use basic functional movement patterns like pushing, pulling, hinging, squatting, rotating, carrying and gait patterns—walking and running—every day. Functional training utilizes exercises that improve your movement proficiency in these primary patterns to give you an edge so you can achieve your goals safely and with good health.

Team Functional Training sessions (30 minutes) must be booked via your WFOB software profile 24 hours in advance by clicking your DASHBOARD/CALENDAR. *24 notice required for cancellation. Missed classes will be deducted from profile.

Flex & Stretch

This class is incorporates various types of flexibility training and stretching techniques to help improve overall muscle performance and recovery. Use of the foam roller, resistance band and mat work is combined.
