Exciting schedule changes

Starting on October 7, the gym will be opened on Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm. Also, new schedule changes will go into effect on Tuesday, September 5. We are introducing two new classes Power Flex 45 on Thursday and Circuit Challenge on Friday.

Also, you can enjoy Small Group Training on Monday, Wednesday and Friday now. Space is limited and you can start signing up on September 5.
