New Changes to Class Schedule!

We are now open Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm! Also, new schedule changes will go into effect October 16. We are introducing two new classes Power Flex 45 on Monday and Thursday at 12 PM and Circuit Challenge on Friday at 12:15 PM. A new Yoga  class in on Monday at 1 PM with Julie, and Kate will now teach Ballet Pilates Thursday at 6:15 PM.
