Molly Pappas is a Certified Personal Trainer, and both CPR and AED certified through the American Safety & Health Institute. She enjoys Crossfit, which incorporates aerobic exercise, gymnastics and weight lifting, but also likes running and eating Paleo, a diet that consists of fish, vegetables, eggs, fruit, and nuts.
This fall, Molly is enrolling in Bauman College for holistic nutrition certification. She originally became motivated after a family illness in 2011, which made her more aware of the importance of holistic nutrition and fitness and the roles they play in the prevention and treatment of diseases. Molly promised herself that she would do everything she could to take the best possible care of her health and hired her own personal trainer. This led to her interest and participation in multiple 5k runs and she has since graduated to military-style obstacle races. She continues to challenge herself and will run her first half-marathon in October.
Molly enjoys training her clients with high intensity intervals, which helps increase metabolism and sculpts lean muscle. Believing that every individual is different, Molly puts the emphasis on the “personal” in personal training. She has found that the combination of a healthy eating style and intense fitness has made her clients feel the best they ever have. Let Molly help YOU find the right workout and together, she can challenge you to feel strong, confident and healthy.
