WFOB is participating in STEP OUT: Walk to STOP Diabetes
Saturday, October 18, 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM, Boston Common
A one-day signature fundraising and awareness walk benefiting the American Diabetes Association. Walkers have the choice of walking a 1, 2 or 3-mile loop around the historic Boston Common. Every dollar raised through Step Out plays an important role in supporting the Association’s mission: to prevent and cure diabetes and to improve the lives of all people affected by diabetes.

Stop by and visit our staff and trainers!
- Brandy, Kate and Rebecca will be doing 20 minute classes for the event participants (including Bodiography, Pilates, Yoga)! You must register for these classes when you arrive at the event.
- Julie, Dawn, Ari and Dianna will be providing body fat percentages and healthy living and exercise tips.
