A sexy full body workout blending Barre exercises, Dance and Pilates with a little added bump and grind is coming to WFOB on Saturdays. Focusing on movements to help improve posture, increase flexibility and strengthen the core. This class is optimized for all levels and it is open to any individual looking to add a fun workout to help improve every day life.
Class is done either barefoot, in socks or ballet slippers. Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in that is not too loose.
