Dawn Tiorano is a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. She currently teaches a Spin class and a boot-camp-style Tabata class at Women’s Fitness of Boston. Dawn understands the importance of healthy habits and holds a degree in Sport Fitness and Dance from UMASS Boston. As a dancer and gymnast, who competed nationally, Dawn is no stranger to the fitness lifestyle. She also owned and operated Dawn Marie’s Metro Dance Studio in Stoneham, Massachusetts, where she choreographed productions and routines for various organizations.
An avid runner, Dawn has competed in numerous races, including half marathons that support Autism Awareness. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her three children and husband, listening to 80’s hair bands, and, of course, Bon Jovi.
Dawn firmly believes that no goal is unachievable and that working out should be enjoyable, challenging and fun. She incorporates this philosophy in her training and molds each session to fit her clients’ needs and abilities.
