Jaclyn Kelly is a certified spin instructor and CPR and AED certified. Her fitness journey started long ago with a passion for gymnastics and cheerleading. Competitive in both, she pursued cheerleading at the collegiate level and during her college career was apart of a three time nationally ranked team and one winner’s circle team. Jaclyn tried a spin class seven years ago and the rest is history. She absolutely fell in love with the workout!
In her spare time she also enjoys yoga and stand-up paddlebaording, and she has recently embraced a new fitness challenge: CrossFit.
