Julie DiLeo is currently co-owner of Women’s Fitness of Boston with her husband, a Group Fitness Instructor, and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, as well as both CPR and AED certified. She has a passion for health and fitness and believes strongly in helping all women achieve both health and wellness into their lifestyle. She currently teaches POUND Rockout.Workout, Piloxing and Jillian Michaels BODYSHRED at Women’s Fitness of Boston. She holds additional certifications in Yoga, Kwando (cardio kickboxing), and PowerFlex group fitness classes. Her training philosophy incorporates a balance of all styles of fitness exercise including circuit training, HITT, and flexibility and strength training. She believes that you must work hard for results and follow up with proper diet and nutrition after your workout.
