Katie O’Neil is a N.C.S.F., C.P.R., and first-aid certified personal trainer. Over her eight-year career, she has trained a diverse array of clients in a wide variety of styles such as Tabata, muscle conditioning, boot camps, pre- and post-natal boot camps, and military fitness techniques, among others. Katie has competed in six marathons and four triathlons. Her clients base has run the gamut, including people seeking to lose weight, pre- and post-natal mothers, marathon runners, clients working around injuries, the elderly, mentally and physically challenged individuals, and professional dancers. Her driving passion is to help her clients achieve their goals and discover how much they are capable of in the process.
Katie earned her Masters degree in Business and her undergraduate degree in Human Services from Springfield College in Springfield, Massachusetts.
