Quincy is a Certified Personal Trainer, as well as CPR and AED certified. She is the Assistant Manager of WFOB. Quincy graduated with a Bachelor Degree in the Science of Business Administration from Suffolk last May. Quincy has an extensive dance background having studied several forms of dance over 11 years with a concentration on ballet and pointe. She was also involved in various sports since she was three years old until she graduated high school. Her disciplined dance and cheerleading training cultivated her bootcamp style workouts and her second-nature understanding of proper form and technique. Quincy has been garnering conditioning methods from years of dance, Pilates, yoga, and competitive cheerleading and used those methods, coupled with weight training to get herself back into shape after starting college. She is creative yet balanced in the formulation of her workouts to ensure that both she and her clients receive a rejuvenating, high intensity, lean muscle building workout. Quincy is driven by achieving both her clients goals and her own, and has enough energy to cheer on and motivate any client into shape!
