Cardio Box (Elaine):
First half hour is Kick Boxing followed by a half hour of stretching and core conditioning
Cardio Interval (Elaine):
A challenging cardio sculpting class, which blends aerobic activity with free weights and body bars to tone and sculpt
Hi/Low Cardio Box (Lindsey):
A great fat burning workout which uses a variety of easy to follow aerobic combinations consisting mostly of intense low impact moves
Latin Dance (Johnny):
A faster paced class blending a variety of traditional Latin dances such as the Cha-Cha, Mambo, Salsa, Rumba and Meringue
Muscle Fit/Midday Muscle (Elaine):
A low-impact, non-aerobic workout using free weights, body bars, and resistance bands to tone and sculpt; in Muscle Fit, the first 15 minutes is dedicated to abs while the last 45 minutes works both the upper and lower body
Pilates (Kate, Katherine):
A core body conditioning mat workout; improve flexibility & posture while connecting your body & mind, sculpt, tone & strengthen your muscles using your own body weight
Yolates (Julie):
A core body conditioning mat workout; incorporating both Yoga and Pilates which improves flexibility & posture; while sculpting, toning & strengthening your muscles
Tae Box (Celio):
A kick-boxing class focusing on moves taken from traditional boxing and Tae Kwon Do; high and low impact moves are used to provide an exciting cross-training workout
Strength in Motion (Kate):
Power packed full body workout, combining aspects of step, kickboxing, plates, aerobics and free weights
Yoga (Patricia):
Viniyoga - yoga to suit the needs of the body; movement/postures are done using breathing techniques to facilitate a deeper experience. This lunchtime class is to de-stress, calm the mind and energize the body
