WFOB is partnering with the Mass Rehabilitation Commission on the launch of a 16-week Health and Wellness program from June 5, 2017 – September 25, 2017.

Thanks to the efforts of Joy McMahon and Victoria Krinsky, this program is no cost to MRC staff. We encourage everyone to sign up for a variety of Monday fitness classes, Personal Training Fitness Assessments, and Friday In-Class Presentations to incorporate health and fitness into your everyday life.
