WFOB is partnering with the Department of Public Health for the State of Massachusetts – Mass Rehabilitation Commission on the launch of a 16-week Health and Wellness program through October 2, 2017.

Thanks to the efforts of Joy McMahon and Victoria Krinsky, this program is no cost to MRC staff. We encourage everyone to sign up for a variety of Monday fitness classes, Personal Training Fitness Assessments, and Friday In-Class Presentations to incorporate health and fitness into your everyday life. Start your summer off with a fit and healthy lifestyle right at 600 Washington Street, Boston, MA 02111. Classes start at 11:30 am and run for an hour, unless otherwise noted.

Enjoy unlimited access to Online Training and Resistance Program – based on fitness level, and access to Online Nutrition Software that includes weekly meal planning, grocery lists, recipes, and can be customized.
