16-week Health and Wellness
WFOB is partnering with the Mass Rehabilitation Commission on the launch of a 16-week Health and Wellness program from June 5, 2017 – September 25, 2017.
Thanks to the efforts of Joy McMahon and Victoria Krinsky, this program is no cost to MRC staff. We encourage everyone to sign up for a variety of Monday fitness classes, Personal Training Fitness Assessments, and Friday In-Class Presentations to incorporate health and fitness into your everyday life. Start your summer off with a fit and healthy lifestyle right at 600 Washington Street, Boston, MA 02111.

4-Week Workout Plan
Enjoy unlimited access to Online Training and Resistance Program – based on fitness level, and access to Online Nutrition Software that includes weekly meal planning, grocery lists, recipes, and can be customized.
