During Your Virtual or In-House Personal Training Session You will Recieve:

  • Flexible Payment Plan Options. Select from a variety of personal training packages with flexible payment plan options. Meet virtually and/or in-house with your Team WFOB Coach once, twice or three times weekly for 30, 60 or 45 minute personal training sessions.


  • Guidance. Schedule 15 minute Virtual phone calls or in-house meetings once or twice a month with your coach to discuss progress, tips for tracking, exercise techniques and more! 

 

  • A Designated Women's Fitness of Boston Personal Coach. Have questions answered about your health and fitness abilities, you will also choose your schedule and eating preferences. Schedule and complete your one hour phone or in-house assessment right away and your customized online workout access with videos and tracking starts ASAP!


  • Complete Assessment. Input measurements into your custom profile, discuss your exercise history, nutrition, body composition and physical endurance with your WFOB personal coach to learn what changes need to be made to attain your personal goals. 


  • Customized Online Resistance Training Program. During your assessment, you and your WFOB personal coach will create a customized online resistance training programs based on equipment available to you, both printable, mobile-friendly, and trackable, that includes workout videos of every exercise to ensure proper form and technique to maximize results.


  • Signature Nutrition Coaching. You will have access to online nutrition tips and customized meal plans within the WFOB software. Make daily or weekly grocery lists that match your meal plan. Download the free Loseit! app or upgrade to Premium access on the LoseIt! app with a discount link.


  • Motivation to keep you Accountable. Recieve guidance via email along the way weekly (and sometimes daily) with fitness tips and goals to achieve.
