“I’ve really enjoyed the Barre Above class with Kate. She’s a great instructor and it’s an amazing workout. I highly recommend trying the class. The staff at this facility are always friendly and reliable. The gym is clean and the bathrooms/locker room is spacious and well kept.”

This gym is absolutely amazing! It is located in between State Street, Downtown Crossing, and Park Street Stations (which makes it extremely easy to get to). The staff are welcoming, and the owner helpful. They make you feel right at home. Not only is the staff great, but the gym itself is very appealing. There are also fitness classes and personal trainers available. I personally work out there every morning and love every second of it. There is never a wait for machines or any equipment. It is overall a great place if you really want to focus on your work out.

This was a fun class and Steve was a wonderful and energetic leader.

I really enjoyed Zumba with Sarah!

When I first arrived the customer service was great. The woman at the desk took me around the space—-showed me the lockers etc. I wasn’t sure about using a locker because I wasn’t sure how it worked to get a lock… worried that it may be a hassle… but it was super easy. You pick a locker key out of an envelope by the front desk and leave a photo ID (license) in the envelope. The # on the key is the number of your locker. The locker room, showers, etc. were super clean. I really like the space.

As for Zumba, I am not the most coordinated person but it was really fun and a great workout. The class ended at 6:15 but Sarah led a ‘cool down’ until 6:20, which I really appreciated. My plan is to go back next Monday 🙂

The BEST GYM THUS FAR in the heart of the city! Women’s fitness of Boston gives the atmosphere of a spa with the comfort of your local family owned business. Julie the owner is amazing and actually teaches a phenomenal boot camp class. The staff are friendly and helpful! The gym is spotless and I love that there is a security guard at the entrance because it is downtown and Women’s fitness of Boston is a all women’s gym. Do not look any further this is the gym for you ladies!! I have been a member at WOW downtown, BSC downtown but both fell very short! I finally feel at home and comfortable in a gym where I can achieve all of my workout results!

Really good studio! Amazing teacher, who corrects you when you are wrong and pushes you to your limits.
