What do you do for work?
I lead the direct marketing practice at an asset management firm in Boston.
What made you join WFOB? And how long have you been a member?
I have 3 boys, I work full time, I commute 3 hours a day, and thus it’s difficult for me to work out at home or mornings / evenings. I wanted to be able to work out during lunch at a women-only gym and not see any of my co-workers. I have been a member for a few years and it’s been one of the best decisions I ever made!
What are your fitness goals?
Exercising helps me be my best every day. A couple of years ago I decided to lose the “baby weight” (realizing my youngest “baby” was now doing algebra), and I lost 25 pounds. My goals are to maintain my weight, relieve anxiety, improve my muscle tone, keep my heart healthy, and slow down the aging process. Click here to read more about Holly!
