Join the WFOB “42-Get Healthy Challenge” and have access to Group Personal Training and learn healthy habits to last a lifetime. Earn results as well as discounts on your payments for attending GPT sessions (group personal training). WFOB Team Coaches lead these fun and effective high, intensity 30 minute GPT sessions to help you reach your fitness goals and learn proper form and technique. GPT (group personal training) sessions must be reserved 24 hours in advance via the WFOB software or by calling 617-227-1221. Sessions must be attended for discounts to be applied to weekly payments. Team Functional Training (Reservation Required) TFT MembershipSelect (or Upgragde to) a WFOB membership that includes access to Team Functional Training sessions. Team Functional Training: TFT helps provide you with the strength, stability, and mobility you need to thrive in your life and sports. Team functional training helps your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports. While using various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time, team functional training also improves core stability. Team Functional Training sessions (30 minutes) must be booked via your WFOB software profile 24 hours in advance by clicking your DASHBOARD/CALENDAR. *24 notice required for cancellation. Ballet Pilates focuses on centering, core balance and improving flexibility & posture while sculpting, toning and strengthening your muscles. Ballet Pilates is a full body workout that fuses the techniques and the benefits of ballet conditioning with skeletal alignment, natural body weight, and the use of props. Blending together a standing workout coming from ballet barre work and core work based on mat pilates.
PILOXING is based on cutting edge research and techniques that burn maximum calories, build lean muscles and increase stamina. The programs are built on an interdisciplinary system of two extremes – Boxing and Pilates principles. The combination of the two disciplines as the primary exercise components create a sense of balance, both physically and mentally.

Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.
Strength & Conditioning
This workout is designed using your own body weight and sometimes some light weights to improve flexibility and build overall strength.
Sculpt Series: Join us for low impact exercises targeting a few specific muscle groups each class. (i.e. abs/glutes, biceps/triceps, back/chest).
Rotate through different exercise stations to target and challenge all muscle groups. Improve mobility, strength and stamina.
