Jessalynn, or Jess, is a TEAM WFOB COACH that can help you reach your fitness goals by teaching you proper exercise form and technique so you can achieve maximum results in HIIT workouts, and strength and conditioning routines that are customized to meet your health and wellness goals. She is also an avid yoga practitioner, teacher, and student who’s incredibly passionate about being active, living a healthy lifestyle, and giving back to her community.Jess received her 200-hour yoga teacher certification from Bali Yoga School in March of 2019. She studied under two teachers from Rishikesh, India – the birthplace of yoga – and an American who was also trained under the Himalayan Yoga Association. Jessalynn is well equipped to lead everybody from beginner to advance through a series of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga flows that are fun, challenging, and adaptable to suit all levels. She is committed to providing an enriching mind-body experience while focusing on breath, alignment, and posture. Jess is also well-versed in and enjoys leading guided meditations, as breath and mindfulness are the necessary foundations to yoga and all of its asanas. She loves the energy, focus, and invigoration it leaves her with, but loves even more how it leaves her students feeling those same things.
